- On design team for first iPad multi-player game simulating sales meetings. Wrote all branching logic content for sales conversations integrating proper sales techniques, product knowledge, and coaching. Speaker on Serious Enterprise Games at 2011 E-learning Guild DevLearn conference.
- Created a simulation e-learning about sales communication/legal compliance that was required for all sales employees.
- Created a 2-day workshop to upskill 40+ people on instructional design methodologies. Facilitated workshop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Walldorf, Germany.
