Major Achievements

  • Developed a new internal instructional design model called Path to Excellence, incorporating Michael Allen's learner-centric methodologies, and the SAP engagement/project management processes. Received SAP Q32011 Short-Term Achievement Award.
  • On design team for first iPad multi-player game simulating sales meetings. Wrote all branching logic content for sales conversations integrating proper sales techniques, product knowledge, and coaching. Speaker on Serious Enterprise Games at 2011 E-learning Guild DevLearn conference.
  • Created a simulation e-learning about sales communication/legal compliance that was required for all sales employees.
  • Created a 2-day workshop to upskill 40+ people on instructional design methodologies. Facilitated workshop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Walldorf, Germany.

  • Former manager of the progressive metal band, Suspyre. Booked gigs, negotiated record label deals, created promotional materials (press releases and press kits), managed merchandise, and provided other music career guidance. (August 2007 - January 2010)
  • Founder of progressive music e-zine, USA Progressive Music. The goal of the site is to promote progressive music bands, events, and albums. I designed/updated the site, managed all contacts and staff, wrote reviews, conducted artist interviews, and promoted the site (March 2007 - June 2011).
